Membership Overview

This is for anyone who is interested in strength training but doesn't want to sacrifice their flexibility and mobility in the process of pursuing more strength.
 

We will use the minimal effective dose, focusing on driving high intensity, with less volume incorporating a high importance on connective tissue and joint health.

Weekly Program Layout:

45-75 Minutes Per Day / x5 Per Week

Day 1: Lower Body Strength

Day 2: Upper Body Strength

Day 3: Self Directed Cardio

Day 4: Lower Body Strength

Day 5: Upper Body Strength

Optional Weekend: Self Directed Cardio

MBM BELLS & BANDS
PROGRAM

This is for someone who wants a killer workout using kettlebells and bands. Whenever I travel this is my go-to program; honestly, I look forward to it.​

​

Master the basics and learn how to build kettlebell flows easily all while getting a great workout.

​

Weekly Program Layout:

40 Minutes Per Day / x3-5 Per Week

​

Day 1: Full Body Strength

Day 2: 30 Minute Conditioning

Day 3: Full Body Strength

Day 4: 30 Minute Conditioning

Day 5: Full Body Strength

MBM SPECIAL STRENGTHS
FULL GYM PROGRAM

This is for the serious gym-goer who likes to use barbells, and machines, lift heavy, and is ready to break through a plateau or continue progressing without injury.

Weekly Program Layout:

50-60 Minutes Per Day / x4-6 Per Week

Day 1: Max Effort Lower Body Strength

Day 2: Max Effort Upper Body Strength

Day 3: 45 Minute Conditioning 

Day 4: Dynamic Lower Body Strength

Day 5: Dynamic Upper Body Strength

Day 6: 45 Minute Conditioning
